About the position

In the role Senior Project Management at Gram Equipment Service, you will have many different responsibilities, as you will have a critical role in ensuring that we meet our promises to our customers and internally orchestrate the flow throughout the entire project execution process. Among your tasks but not limited to are the following:

• Project management of overhauls and up-grads
• Internal coordination between Spare-parts, Service sales and Field service
• External coordination and customer communication
• Planning, invoicing, project controlling and closing orders.
• Project learning and quality assurance
• Participate in the continuous development of the Service product portfolio and strategic service projects.

When the contract has been signed, the Service PM take over the responsibility for the project. The PM are working closely together with the customer and internal stakeholders in GRAM, to handle deviations and new requests and to make sure that they feel safe about the process and corporation. Alignment of expectations both internally and externally are very important. 

Qualifications and Experience

• Have a relevant bachelor´s degree with strong electrical and technical background.
• You have 4-6 years of experience from a company that produces advanced machines
• You could have a background as a Technical Marine Engineer, Automation Technologist, or Electrical Engineer, or similar. You could also have acquired the relevant knowledge and skills in this regard without having a technical educational background.
• PM skills and a strong overview of activities
• Good communication skills
• You are experienced in electrical installation and debugging, control, and regulation of complex equipment.
• Technical insights and commercial flair for service
• Ability to intercontinental travelling to customer´s sites, fairs, and conferences.
• Responsive to customer needs and ability to maintain positive customer relationships 
• A team player who can work with different departments and colleagues.
• Extreme strong service and customer orientation
• Self-driven and have Cross cultural understanding as well as proactive approach 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• You are excellent in written and spoken English. Our corporate language is English.
• Have a driver’s license.
