How to become part of our team

We expect you have a relevant technical education and experience as e.g., marine engineer, electrical engineer. You have practical experience working with similar solutions and installations, and potentially you have "hands-on" experience integrating and implementing systems on construction sites.

Main job tasks:

You will be part of the value chain, interfacing with multiple disciplines and working on technical solutions ranging from project development to supporting design and development execution throughout all phases of the projects.

Your key duties will include:

  • In charge of delivering on technical design on time and quality.
  • To be responsible for some of our LV system, which includes Switchboards, UPS/DC systems, Lighting, Earthing/Bonding, Heat Tracing and Cableways from early start throughout construction phase of the EPC projects.
  • Responsible for ensuring and reporting document progress & achieving milestones for the LV scope of work within 1 or 2 of our EPC and Product line projects. 
  • Responsible for developing and keeping our technical requirements and specifications up to date with inputs from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help shaping our culture within the team and organization.

 

Qualification / Experience

  • You have a degree/graduation (Electrical Engineer, Marine Engineer or A.P. Graduate) within electrical scope of work. 
  • You have insight and experience with LV power installations and are familiar industry design standards. 
  • It is a bonus if you have had a lead role and experience within the offshore industry.
  • You have high standards and are eager for sharing your knowledge with the project team and department.

We expect you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as we work internationally.

 

The Practical stuff:

You are free to choose to work from out office in Gdynia in Poland or Copenhagen and Esbjerg in Denmark. The job will involve some travelling up to 50 days a year. Working from home some days during the month is an option.

You will join our technical LV team located in our Offshore Wind Business area, where we have constructed one of the largest project portfolios within offshore substations in Northern Europe, Our Offshore Wind markets include Europe, Taiwan and the USA, which means that you can expect to be involved in projects worldwide.
