To continue this ambitious development, we need you as D365FO/AX Solution Architect - who’ll be the technical lead for our journey from AX to Finance & Operation.

Impact the future Digital core platform and bring the Digital strategy to life

As D365FO/AX Solution Architect you lead and drive the transition from Dynamics AX to F&O and increase the utilization of the ERP platform across business services at Blue Water Shipping IT. You’ll become a key driver for the upcoming transition from our current on-premise AX - mainly finance ERP platform to Finance & Operation in Azure and implementing relevant parts to support our operation and finance.

You will act as a cross-functional catalyst and work closely with Finance and operational units, Business IT Partners, Product owners and Business customers to both drive the finance transition and spot new opportunities where the F&O suite can support operational demand and business services both internally and to our end customers.

You play a crucial role in our business success and will initiate best of suite solutions across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will be: 

• Managing all technical aspects during the full lifecycle of our F&O solution.
• Solution engineering, project estimation, business requirement analysis, functional design, technical design and on-going activities related to build and deployment phases of the project
• Make sure all deadlines related to technical aspects of the Dynamics F&O implementation are either met or exceeded
• Support for or execution of data migrations from our Dynamics AX 2012 to F&O environment using the Microsoft Data Migration Framework or other technologies
• Work closely with the DevOps team to create requirements documents that will be used by developers for customizing Dynamics F&O 
• Utilize the use of our ERP platform and showcase successful digital solutions to meet business needs
• Design of new integration decisions
• Support developers as questions or issues arise

Enthusiastic and accountable Dynamics AX/FO expert with strong presentation skills

As a person you are a digital native, technology driven, ambitious, self-driven and curious. We envision that you have an ability to navigate in an organization where not everything is set in stone and can understand business needs and problems. You have a desire to work with solution design and architecture according to industry standards, and have:

• 3+ years of proven expertise customizing Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012) or F&O and a strong overall knowledge of both the functional and technical aspects
• Experience in installing, configuring and/or troubleshooting Dynamics AX / F&O
• Knowledge of Dynamics AX / F&O Architecture (layers, models, tiers, etc)
• Acquired one or more functional certifications within Dynamics AX or F&O
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• You must have strong presentation skills, as well as manage question-and-answer sessions, you are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner.

You can work from our HQ in Esbjerg or one of our other Danish offices such as Aarhus, combined with 1-2 days weekly in Esbjerg.
